Getting ready to go on a mission takes a lot of paperwork and doctor's appointments. Most of those appointments are for immunizations that they require. I started my paperwork on Friday, and I am so excited! It is starting to feel real to me. I also had my first appointment for immunizations on Friday, which involved six shots. That's a lot! Luckily though, my arms aren't sore or anything miserable like that. I have to go back tomorrow and the next day for a couple different follow up appointments, and then a few more later on in the next few months before I leave.
After going to our FHE brother's house for dinner, which was a blast, we decided to have them over. We had them over just over a week ago for pizza. It was so stinking fun! Our brothers are the best, and made the night lots of fun. After we finished each making our pizzas, and had the wonderful help of our brothers cleaning up and doing dishes, we went over to their apartment and watched a Lord of the Rings movie. I personally am not too big of a fan of Lord of the Rings, I'm sorry to those of you that are, but I really don't care about them. They just drag on, and on, and on. It was fun though because we had a bunch of people there, and everyone was making hilarious comments and doing silly things. I really enjoyed that night, and I am looking forward for sure to what the rest of the semester will bring!
