Finalmente, p-day na Araraquara!‏ March 30, 2015

Finally, this email is coming to you from Araraquara! It feels like an eternity since we had a p-day here in our area, and we are excited as ever to have one. Whoohoo! Anyway, this week has been awesome, and just as difficult as the others as well.

Almost all of our investigators have dropped us. Who would have known. We do still have Jany and Jonas, and they are wonderful. We love them, and are hoping that they will feel the desire to keep the commitments that we leave with them. They already came to church once, and we are doing all we can to help them progress. We also have Julia, a 17 year old girl that we are teaching. She was a reference from here friend that is a member in one of the branches in our stake, and her friend comes to the lessons with us. We love members that work with us like that! Anyway, looks like our only investigators have names that start with "j" for now, but we are determined to find more, and are contacting like crazy every day to find those prepared people.

We found out Sister Sena's problem. She just has super bad allergies, and the seasons changing and being in a city with lots of dirt and dust doesn't help (especially when she's from a super humid city--Rio Branco, acre).

We are doing great, and I love hearing from you all each week, and love each of you so much!

Vai com Deus!

ps. this is a picture that we FINALLY got to take with the amazing Irmã Sandra and her family. She was the relief society presidente in Irajá, and we love her to death! She was like a mom to us there, and we went to visit them super quick when we were in Ribeirão last week.

Here's a fun view of Ribeirão from Irmã Sandra's apartment

And another!
