This semana was super crazy for us. Not necessarily crazy as in busy, but as in abnormal and strange. So, we went to a viewing/funeral. Yeah. And the elders even helped to bring the casket into the chapel for the viewing. Talk about new experiences that not everyone gets on a mission. It was one of our lessactives that passed away. She was having lots and lots of health problems, so that is why she was inactive. It was amazing to see the difference that knowledge of the plan of salvation does to help our lives. Her entire family is not members, and it was very sad to see the other side--without hope of seeing her again. We know though, without a doubt that we will all see our families again after this life on Earth.
Other than that, we also had a sad week. Patrícia won't be able to be baptized this Saturday, but we know that someday she will be. It will just take some time to help her husband gain a testimony. Patrícia has a testimony so strong, and I can see the joy that it brings into her life each day.
Other than that, the other crazy thing is...Mothers Day! Skype party on Sunday with the fam! I am super duper excited for that. Seriously guys, families are super important. They are the central purpose of everything and the way that we can find the greatest joy in this life.
