Nova Transferéncia‏ April 13, 2015

Hey there 'yall! (I'm just preparing Jed for Texas there)

As I said last week, this week was transfers, and...Sister Sena and I stayed here in Araraquara together! We are super excited to have more time to work in this area. The area is still huge, but we will figure out better now how to work in it since we know the area a little better. There were a lot of changes with the Elders in our zone though, so we will get to know a bunch more crazy people! We are super excited too because this ward is getting ready to split into a ward and a branch! That means lots of work reactivating priesthood holders in order to keep the numbers high enough to divide. This is getting the whole ward excited, so we are getting a little more participation of the members that every missionary loves.

And...what more. This week, we are still working with Jany and Jonas. In reality, we are teaching Jany more because Jonas works a lot, but she is absolutely wonderful. She still hasn't accepted a baptismal date, but we are working hard to help her recognize the Spirit to know her answer. She is great! Seriously, she is always helping everyone--literally everyone. She is truly amazing.

We are working super hard, walking lots, just to find new people. Hopefully some of the contacts that we visited yesterday will be prepared to hear the glorious message of the gospel that we have to share.

In other news, Sister Sena had her 20th birthday (woohoo) and celebrated 10 months on the mission. I passed 4 months here in Brazil, and will celebrate 7 months on the mission this week. Time passes so quickly here! Yikes! Seriously, it goes by super fast. And...this transfer (it should be) we have mothers day! Skype time! I love you all my dear family, and super quick shout-out to my amazing brother, Jed, who will be serving in the Texas, Fort Worth mission! I'm super excited for him to have the chance to serve!

Com todo meu amor,
Sister Jensen

ps. the pic is of our zone--most of it at least, I think the picture cut some people out, and one of the elders was sick, so he and his companion weren't there, but anyway, it was our zone this last week at zone conference.
